As a co-instructor for this course, Designing the Future of Health at VCU, I guide students through a comprehensive exploration of healthcare innovation using service design, systems thinking, and UX research. The course focuses on equipping students with the skills to analyze complex systems, conduct empathy-driven research, and collaborate effectively in interdisciplinary teams. By integrating design thinking principles into real-world application, students develop the ability to reframe challenges, design impactful solutions, and confidently present their ideas to stakeholders.
